You will experience a 5 day/4 night all inclusive holiday like no other during your Las Terrenas Big Adventure. The adventure was curated by Todd Ford, your Host and Special Guide. Under Todd's direction, you will have access to the best that Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic has to offer.
Day 1: Arrival - When you arrive at the Santo Domingo Airport and pick up your luggage, your driver will be in the lobby to bring you to your hotel. After checking in and freshening up a bit, a Welcome Champagne Buffet will await you in the dining room.
On Day 2: Wake up to a buffet breakfast (included). After breakfast, you will take a horseback ride to the El Limon Waterfall. Each rider will have their own personal guide. When you arrive , you will find yourself at the foot of a spectacular 55-meter waterfall where you can swim in the crystal clear water, or hang out at the base of the falls and take photos. Upon your return from the falls, a lunch of fresh-caught fish or chicken will be waiting for you. Following lunch you will return to the hotel where you can freshen up, enjoy the hotel pool and spa. Get ready for dinner, dancing and partying with a DJ on the beach.
Additional Info: The horseback ride is not recommended for pregnant travelers. Wear a swimsuit. Long pants, closed shoes and Sunglasse are also recommended.
Day 3: will not be for the fainthearted. You will drive your own Quad through the scenic town of El Limon. Your drive will culminate at the beach for a delicious lunch where you will enjoy a taste of the local Dominican cuisine . After lunch we will have music with our local DJ so you can dance to the beat or swim or soak up the sun (don't forget your sunscreen). Later that night, you will attend a private party, compliments of your Host and Special Guide. There will be a live DJ, dinner, dancing and complimentary drinks.
Day 4: On day 4, be prepared to zoom through the forest canopy on a 4-hour Limón Zipline Adventure from Samaná. Ahoy matey! You will walk the plank to the top of the canopy and then you will experience breathtaking views of the Juana Vicenta region, the Haitises National Park, and Cayo Levantado. When you are done, you will eat and relax on the secluded beach of El Valle.
Day 5: Let's go Resort Hopping! Las Terrenas Big Adventures members have been given an all day pass to the Bahia Principe Grand El Portillo Resort, one of the premiere resorts in the carribean. Lounge poolside or dine in one of the 7 international restaurants (reservations required at some of the restaurants). Its your day to enjoy .
Day 6: Departure Day Sadly, our time in Las Terrenas has come to an end. After you check out of the hotel, your private car will take you back to the Santo Domingo Airport. But wait! It doesn't have to end forever. If you have fallen in love with Las Terrenas like I did, there are many real estate opportunities you can take advantage of.
